Season Kick-Off Open House will be November 1, 2026 @ Ogden TapRoom from 4-6pm. Drop in to meet coaches, get info, buy merch and reconnect with teammates! No experience needed. Cape Fear Youth Rugby welcomes players of all backgrounds. Come have fun, grow, and be part of something bigger.
our practices
we practice mondays and wednesdays @ 6:30pm
Practices will kick-off November 16, 2026 and are held at our Flytrap Downs Field (209 Lake Drive). Everyone is welcome! Our players come from beginners to seasoned athletes of all sports. Rugby needs players of every size, speed and skill set - there's a position for every player that comes out to be on the team. Our coaches are dedicated to developing every player at their own pace in a safe, encouraging environment. Not sure? No problem... swing by a practice and see for yourself. We like to have fun!
